Most Zaxby’s restaurants work together as groups, or co-ops, to determine local or regional advertising within their respective market areas. Sponsorships are also determined by the individual licensee or co-op. Contact your nearest Zaxby’s location to discuss local advertising or sponsorships.
Childhood friends Zach McLeroy and Tony Townley opened the first Zaxby’s restaurant in 1990 in the college town of Statesboro, Georgia. Their goal was to provide a fun, relaxing atmosphere that would keep guests coming back for more. And the rest is history.

It’s easy! Either create an account on our website or download the Zaxby’s app. Just for joining, we’ll throw a FREE chicken sandwich your way, along with a free treat on your birthday and special, member-only promotions and deals.
The more you order, the more delicious deals you unlock. Just make sure we know you’re the one doing the ordering. If you’re placing an order online or in the app, sign in before checking out. If you’re placing an order in store, make sure to scan your app at the register or drive-thru. Just a heads up, orders placed through our partners, like Door Dash, don’t count toward rewards.

You can only use one reward per order, but that’s a good thing, right? Another flavor-filled freebie for next time.
Rewards can be toggled ‘off’ so they are not redeemed on your transaction. Turning a reward off will not change its expiration date.
Each reward does have an expiration date, so redeem your rewards while they’re still hot! Visit the ‘Zax Rewards’ page of your account for more information.
Zax Rewards are special surprises and freebies that we send to members of the Zax Fanz Club. The more purchases a Zax Fanz Club member makes, the more delicious deals they unlock.
To redeem a reward while ordering ahead on the website, simply add the item to your cart, and it will automatically apply once the qualifying item is in your cart.
To redeem a reward in-store, check your rewards screen and then scan your QR code on the Scan/Pay screen. Some rewards can be saved for later by navigating to the Rewards screen and toggling the reward off.
Any available, unexpired rewards at the time of transition will be moved to the new system.

We serve groups of all sizes! We have Zaxby's Platterz that serve 10-14 and 15-19, and we also have boxed lunches and buffets with the capabilities of serving hundreds! Contact your local Zaxby's to talk through all the options.
You have two options to place your catering order with us today. You may order directly online through the website - www.zaxbys.com/catering or by reaching out to your nearest Zaxby's restaurant.
We offer sweet and unsweet tea by the gallon, as well as lemonade by the gallon.

Delivery Partners
Yes! Zaxby’s is proud to offer delivery to our Fanz and bring flavor straight to you.
Open your favorite delivery app, like Uber Eats, DoorDash or Postmates, and select your nearby Zaxby’s. Place your order through the selected delivery app then hang tight while we prepare your indescribably good meal for delivery.
To cancel an order, please contact your selected delivery provider through their app’s support options. Our local stores will not be able to cancel a delivery order after it has been placed, so all potential refunds or changes will need to go through your delivery provider.
Please reach out to your selected delivery provider for support. Our locations will not be able to provide direct assistance once an order has been placed. Refund requests and other feedback should be sent to the provider.
While our delivery service is growing fast, there are some areas we are currently unable to reach. Of course, you can still locate your neighborhood store to order ahead on Zaxbys.com or the Zaxby’s app.
